Business Challenge

Realizing it had a tremendous opportunity to unveil a new vehicle support service, OnStar had to find the way to best present this information via a web-based application to three distinct audiences: GM engineers, commercial fleet managers, and the individual consumer. The challenge of winning over all three of these groups was compounded by the deadline imposed by the GM board of directors - solution presentation was required in a mere seven weeks!
