Principal Information Engineer (PIE)
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent experience
and a total of 12 years of demonstrated work experience within the last 15 years.
Eight (8) years must be specialized experience with Microsoft technologies, Active
Directory, and installing/configuring Windows-based servers. Candidate must have
demonstrated experience with Windows 2000/2003 servers, TCP/IP services and security,
the common operating environment, Windows-based applications, backup/storage
technologies, and LAN/WAN technologies. Must be MCSE certified and have excellent
verbal and written communication skills. The PIE must have demonstrated experience
with the implementation and solving of progressively difficult and complex technical
problems involving large-scale information systems. The PIE must possess strong
troubleshooting skills, be detailed oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Applicants selected will be subject to a
government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for
access to classified information. PMP or equivalent, Exchange 2003, IPv6, Clustering,
Server virtualization knowledge/experience, technical consulting, and other MS
certifications are desired. Support the government customer's information system
center as a member of the Server/Applications Integration Team. Design, plan, develop,
test, implement, upgrade and maintain Windows 2003 server systems worldwide, for
classified and unclassified environments. Provide technical expertise with Active
Directory (AD), Storage Area Network (SAN) technologies, backup and recovery technologies,
Windows operating systems, and system utility management for Windows 2000/2003 servers.
Participates in all facets of planning, design, configuration, testing and implementation
of: security features, Active Directory, servers, operating systems, disaster recovery,
standard hardware configuration, backup and recovery systems, and storage systems.
Conducts test and evaluation of proposed new hardware platforms/operating system
upgrades and prepares test data for the information systems. Ensures tier II/III
level support providing technical assistance with difficult operational problems,
and resolves problems involving multiple systems and associated interfaces involving
all phases of system analysis and design. The PIE will serve as the technical lead or
assist with developing plans for installation of information systems on the network
from project inception to conclusion. Confers with functional managers to determine
requirements and recommends alternative solutions. Participates in and conducts
structured walkthroughs. Some evening and weekend work will be required, along with
travel to client's remote sites worldwide as necessary.

Network Engineer
Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience plus 4 years of demonstrated experience with planning, design, configuration, integration, and/or implementation of Windows 2000/XP/Vista, COTS software, and PC security. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must; MCSE, A+, Security + certifications, and Altiris experience are a plus. A background working within a military and/or government contracting environment is desired as well. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Incumbent supports the government customer as a member of the Desktop/Applications Implementation team. Plans, configures, and implements network standard desktop configurations, worldwide, for both classified and unclassified environments. Serves as a technical engineer for deploying the client image by means of the Altiris Suite for implementation of the WinXP technologies to the desktop/laptop on the customer's COTS office automation software, utilities, and site unique applications across the network; supports resolution for Tier III desktop issues; configures desktop operating systems (WinXP/Vista); ensures standard network client configurations through the development of automated scripts; provides configuration management of standard COTS software and ensures the uniform propagation of software across the network; assists with the development of personal computer standards; ensures coordination with the network user community on the release of new software; plans, configures, troubleshoots PC security initiatives; supports Active Directory and GPO requests; installs and troubleshoots BlackBerry's; and provides other tasks pertinent in planning, development, upgrade, maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementation of the network standard desktop.

Sr. Systems Analyst
Requires a total of 8 years' demonstrated specialized experience; specialized experience includes programming applications on mini, micro, and mainframe computers using two or more languages, one of which must be .NET. Bachelor of Arts/Science is preferred. Looking for a .Net developer with experience in .Net 1.1, 2.0, and 3.5 and knowledge of Visual Studio 2003, 2005, and 2008.Candidate must be able to obtain a favorable finding on a National Agency Check (NAV) and pass an NCIC criminal background check. Highly desired is a candidate with knowledge of building and using SQL CLR classes within .NET, administering SQL CLRS and implementing them within SQL Server. VBScripting, Windows Task Management, and SQL Server Reporting Services experience and knowledge are also desired. Successful candidate will be proficient with VB.Net, ADO.Net, and ASP.Net and have extensive knowledge and experience in building Web applications using both the intrinsic ASP.Net controls and creating custom Web classes, along with usage of the SQL DAL classes. Proficiency in the use of Stored Procedures, triggers, and functions in SQL Server are also a must. Developer should have experience using the SQL Server Integration Services for ETL purposes using Visual Basic 2005, for both building and implementation. Analyze system requirements, design specifications, develop diagrams and logic charts; translate detailed design into computer programs; test, debug, and refine computer programs to produce the required product. Prepare required documentation to include both program and user-level documentation.

Sr. Security Engineer.
BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience plus 5+ years of experience in applications
security including operating systems is required. Must have SANS certification(s)
and a final Secret clearance. Successful candidate will have prior experience in
the information assurance field to include knowledge of information security guidance
provided by various agencies such as DoD, NSA, NIST, etc.; some background in programming
or script/batch file writing; ability to produce documentation; previous experience
with vulnerability tools such as Gold Disk or Retina (or other IA tools). A Top
Secret Clearance is highly desired as is a BS Degree and Vista or Windows 2008 experience.
Duties include pinpointing vulnerabilities in applications and once known, creating
segments or non-segments (produced by creating .msi files) that reduce the risk of an
exploit by either changing the application code or writing programs/scripts that are
bundled with the application to change the behavior of the application.
