Associate Operations Analyst.
Requires 3 years of experience with 2 years of specialized experience in user support
or software development, or a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business,
or a related field. Familiarity with DoD transportation regulations is a plus.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must
meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Candidate should
be familiar with engineering documentation such as database design descriptions,
system/subsystem specifications, entity relational diagram descriptions, etc.,
and possess the ability to handle reverse engineering initiatives. Gather and
disseminate project-related technical information, maintain and support Web-based
training materials, produce measurement reports and metrics, and analyze software
change requests as they impact user and technical documentation. Assist the team
in the development and on-time delivery of various user manuals, interface requirement
specifications (IRSs), standard operating procedures (SOP), and project-related documents.

Sr. Database Administrator.
Requires Bachelor's Degree in an information technology or engineering field and 7
years of database management experience. Also required are 3 to 4 years' experience
in Oracle database administration and/or design in an area such as manufacturing;
finance management; engineering, accounting, or statistics; logistics planning;
material management, etc. Good PL/SQL skills and an ability to work with minimal
supervision are required. Security + certification or the equivalent is highly desired.
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must
meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Incumbent manages
the development of database projects, plans, and budgets staff and data base resources
and when necessary; reallocates resources to maximize benefits. The incumbent prepares
and delivers presentations on database management systems (DBMS) concepts, provides
daily supervision and direction to support staff. As part of system operations and
maintenance team, incumbent maintains and modifies complex Oracle 10g database
consisting of over 2,200 tables and develops new database elements such as packages,
procedures, and tables. The incumbent recommends optimum approach and develops
database design for approved projects; executes typical DBA functions such as user
administration, database backup, and restore. The Sr. DBA develops, operates, and
maintains internal data transfer processes using PL/SQL.

Sr. Systems Analyst.
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or
related field and eight (8) years of experience with three (3) years of
specialized experience in systems analysis and software development.
Masters degree may be substituted with one less year of experience. No degree
requires up to 3 years of additional experience. Highly desired is heavy emphasis
on secure software application development using Java and Jakarta STRUTS within
Oracle for Java Containers (OC4J) with Oracle back-end processes. Candidate must
be able to obtain a favorable finding on a National Agency Check (NAC) and pass an
NCIC criminal background check. Applicants selected will be subject to a government
security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified
information. Incumbent leads systems analysis of computer and networking systems;
participates in the design of business processes and facilitates them within product development;
coordinates definition, design, and implementation of solutions; oversees the overall integration
of all systems peripherals so that they can operate correctly within a predefined environment.

Principal Network Engineer.
Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Master's Degree requires one less year of experience. No degree requires up to 3 years of additional experience. Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Background and Experience - Required:
- Experience in large, complex, government or enterprise IT environments
- Deep understanding of IPv4 topics including routing, security, architecture, implementation, operations
- Interest in becoming an IPv6 expert, quickly, including off-hours self-study and skill-building
- CCNA or JunOS certification or equivalent
- CISSP certification or equivalent
- DoD Secret (or better) clearance
- Familiarity with IPv6 as a protocol, and its functionality
- Familiarity with the DoD IA accreditation process (DITSCAP/DIACAP)
- Deep understanding of how to architect a network
- Excellent verbal and written skills
Background and Experience - Desired:
- CCNP (or better) certification
- DoD Top Secret clearance
- Service Provider experience
- Linux and Windows skills
- Experience with IDS and other security applications
- Deep and expert understanding of IPv6
- Security+ or CISSP (not required upon hire, must obtain within 6 months)
- Deep understanding how the Network Layer interacts with TCP/UDP applications such as DNS, Active Directory, DHCP/DHCPv6, VoIP, QoS (DiffServ), Exchange, SSL and IPSec VPN concentrators, and the DoD PKI
This position requires a candidate who is a mid-career network and security engineer, well-rounded with a broad background in networks, systems, security, and architecting and implementing those systems. Customer interface at all levels - from CIO to security administrator - will be common.
This position is IP-networking-centric, and most of the work involves understanding the current customer IT environment - with a focus on networks, systems, and security - and advising the customer on network evolution suitable to that environment. This will include developing and articulating the optimal strategy, architecture, and implementation planning for the solution - often as part of a combined team with the customer's IT staff. Our customers need you to understand their network and advise them on the best way to evolve it over time to better meet their needs.
