Peter F. DiGiammarino
Chairman and CEO
Compusearch


Peter is Chairman and CEO of Compusearch, the leading provider of packaged software and services that automate mandated business rules for public sector organizations that spend, grant, or move funds. He has more than 30 years of experience building software and services organizations that target public and private markets around the world.

Prior to joining Compusearch, DiGiammarino consulted to CEOs, founders, and investors in high-tech and professional services businesses to help them get on track to long-term growth and performance. In five years he guided Touchstone Consulting Group, Inc. from a company of 20 people and $6 million in annual sales to 130 people and $30 million. He also led the successful spinout of Aquilent, Inc. (a $20 million professional services unit) from Commerce One (a $250 million software firm). He served as senior vice president of several consulting and systems development firms including American Management Systems (now CGI), BTG (now Titan), and SAIC, and served as president and COO of Hyperion Software (now Hyperion Solutions acquired by Oracle).

DiGiammarino earned a BS in Computer Science, Economics, and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and an MBA from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Aaron Benway

Aaron Benway is a Vice President focused on growth-stage investments and small leveraged buyouts in the U.S. telecommunications, media, technology and business services sectors. He is based in Washington, D.C.

Prior to joining Carlyle, Benway was an Associate in the private equity group at Deutsche Bank. Previously, he was an officer in the U.S. Navy, first as a Nuclear Engineer aboard the USS California and then as a Staff Officer within the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Benway received his undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.


Daniel R. Ilisevich

Daniel Ilisevich has over 25 years experience in commercial and government information technology companies that sell business oriented software products and solutions.

Ilisevich was the founding CFO of Mantas, Inc., a software firm serving the global financial service industry with operations in the United Stated, England, Singapore and India, and of Kodak Legal Systems, a software firm providing a proprietary document management solution to national law firms. In addition, he spent 17 years at SRA International rising to the level of Vice President and Managing Director of several government and commercial industry practices.

Ilisevich received his BA in Economics and Political Science, cum laude, and his MS in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Rochester, where he was named a Presidential Management Intern Finalist.

Kenneth A. Minihan, Lieutenant General, USAF (Ret.)

Ken Minihan is a Managing Director in the Paladin Capital Group. He is a past President of the Security Affairs Support Association and a Founder of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance in Washington, D.C.

Minihan retired from the U.S. Air Force with more than 33 years of active commissioned service to the nation. On his final tour of duty he served as the 14th Director of the National Security Agency/Central Security Service. He has also served as the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. Among his awards and decorations are the National Security Medal, the Defense Distinguished Service Medal, the Bronze Star, and the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal.

Minihan has a Baccalaureate Degree from Florida State University, a Masters Degree from the Naval Postgraduate School, and has completed executive development programs at the University of Illinois and Harvard University.


Alan Rogers, Major General, USAF (Ret.)

Alan Rogers is an experienced government and corporate executive who has earned a strong reputation leading organizations, programs, and people to success. He previously served as Executive Vice President at CACI International, Inc. and Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Federal Defense Group at American Management Systems.

Al also completed a career in the United States Air Force, retiring at the rank of Major General. He served as the Director for Operational Plans and Interoperability (J-7) on the Joint Staff at the Pentagon and as an international officer at Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe, NATO. Al also served as Inspector General and Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations for the Strategic Air Command, Offutt AFB, NE. He commanded two bomb wings including the first operational B1B Wing at Dyess AFB, TX. A command pilot with over 5000 hours, he has flown fighters, bombers, tankers, trainers including 100 F-105 combat missions.

Al received an MBA with distinction from Harvard Business School and is a graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy.

Tom Scholl

Tom Scholl is a successful entrepreneur and investor with experience sitting on both sides of the boardroom table. He has over twenty-five years experience in communications systems, equipment, chipsets and software, and has been active in the high-tech start-up scene in the Washington metro area for over 15 years.

Prior to joining Novak Biddle, Scholl co-founded and was chairman of Cognio (now part of Cisco), a developer of spectrum management and MIMO antenna technology for wireless applications. He also served as a Director of Torrent Networking, acquired by Ericsson, and Integrated Telecom, acquired by PMC Sierra. In 1990, Tom founded Telogy Networks, a leader in providing embedded communications software products for wireless and IP networks. In 1998, Motorola purchased Telogy's digital cellular technology and development team for over $40M, and in 1999, Texas Instruments purchased Telogy as the leader in embedded VOIP software for over $700M.

Tom has patents relating to software, the Internet, and digital telephone systems, and he is the author of "Packet Switching" in McGraw Hill's Electronic Communications Handbook. He's a member of IEEE and ACM, and he is an alumnus of Purdue University and the Executive Management (non-degree) program at MIT Sloan School.
